This is accomplished by offering the opportunity for everyone to contact, interact and share their ideas, questions and suggestions with the Ministry of Education. Therefore, the Ministry has activated the electronic participation of the public via the MOE website through many ways, such as electronic polling, electronic complaints, electronic forum , blog,users blogs, chatting service, suggestions page and guest book. To insure the freedom of speech and expression in a civilized manner, the Ministry will allow only those who are registered with the MOE website who have registered their valid email address and contact phone number with the website, only those are allowed to participate in the electronic discussion's tools on the website.
